30 Days of Creativity - Day 12

It's Rememberance Day today here in Canada and day 12 of my "30 Days of Creativity" (see original post HERE) so I thought it would be appropriate for me to share with all of you this very personal journal page spread... A page of reflection, of letting go and of celebrating what I have in my life and rejoicing in who I AM...

I had to let go of some pretty big anger and resentment this year... the anger was so big it was affecting my basic persona and changing how I reacted and behaved with my family, my friends and even in my day-to-day undertakings.  I did NOT like this new person... but at the time I didn't know how to get back to the me I used to be before all the ANGER entered my life...
and then a friend on facebook posted THIS saying which cracked the hardness of my heart and allowed the light to come streaming in ... and I began the journey of forgiveness and healing...

I am human, I am imperfect, so I still have the odd moment of anger and resentment over a situation that I cannot control, but it's just a moment, and I then I go back to being the happy, helpful, sparkly little soul that I love so much... and I keep feeling BLESSED anyway!
Thanks for stopping by again to share with me today... and maybe take a moment to reflect on the wonderful life we afford in this country because of the men and women who Kept Building Anyway...
